Oops, I forgot I had a blog....

Just kidding, I knew when I started this I would be bad at keeping it up to date. However all of you who I convinced to visit this site regularly shouldn't have to be punished due to my lack of effort. I will try to do monthly updates from now on. So try to check back at the beginning of each month. I will post some older photos of the girls and Tommy in the next day to make up for some lost time.

Eve of our 2nd Anniversary

Well it's been a busy and awesome two years for Amy and I. We have had two of the most beautiful daughters added to our lives and Tommy (being a 15 year old) has grown so big and opinionated at the same but time he is slowly turning out to be a great kid.

Elsie is just over one month old and doing well. She only wakes twice a night at about 1am and 5am. Mom and Dad spilt the shifts so we both are not worn out the next day. Isabel has maintained her status as a great big sister she is full of love for Elsie as she is constantly showering her with kisses. I was afraid that it would end but Isabel has done quite well.

Tommy and Isabel are really starting to bond; last time he stayed with us they got along great. He had been kinda of shy or distant from her but we made him spend some real quality time with right after the Elsie was born and they both really enjoyed each others company.

I have some new photos but really wanted to just get this post put up first. I will try to get some photos online during the next week. I have been waiting for Tom to be here so I can get all the kids together for a photo shoot. Check back next week.

Tommy and Isabel have a new sister!

Friday morning at 7:52 a.m. Elsie Theda Henrichs was born. Elsie weighed 8lbs 12 oz. and was 20 and 1/2 inches long. Everybody is doing great; Isabel has become quite the big sister she runs to the bassinet everytime Elsie makes a sound and stands on her tippie toes and says "ba ba". Tommy thinks she is pretty cool but is afraid to hold her; he thinks she it to fragile and might hurt her. Photo Album
